Location: Plzen, CZ Year of Proposal: 2007 This proposal was created due to lack of modern concert halls in Czech Republic. Inspiration was taken from the music. Proposed new building is very emotional and expressive and unusual. Building represents something unseen and creates a energetic entry into the exciting world of music, color and imagination.
